A Real Human Being
You will love working with Nancie Kosnoff. Smart, funny and a great listener, Nancie moved her family to Seattle from San Francisco in 1994. She has two great boys (men now!) and a fussy, talkative Siamese named Peeps. A long time urban farmer, she has seven laying hens who produce a rainbow of eggs. She now calls the Greenwood neighborhood home.
“I love working with people, whether they are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor, to maximize their real estate investment, but the relationship doesn’t end there. I enjoy being a continuing resource for information and support, from trusted home resources to practical local information. I want my clients to feel at home in their neighborhood and plug into the broader community that we share.”
“I believe that real estate remains the best investment to achieve both independence and our long-term investment goals. And I believe in helping my clients find great homes so we realize strong and vibrant communities.”
“When the time comes to sell, I’m so happy to be able to reduce all the stress by bringing my trusted resources and project management to the process of readying the investment for highest possible return.”
