10 Years Of Service Excellence
Over the past 10 years, Nancie Kosnoff has created a real estate practice with a steadfast commitment to customer service, cultivating community and respecting the environment with green-buiiding practices. Some are taking note:

- Each year since 2009, Nancie has been recognized by Seattle Magazine as a “Top Real Estate Agent in Seattle,” an award given for “Highest Service and Overall Satisfaction.”
- Coldwell Banker Danforth has also given Nancie an award for “distinguished performance” each year since she joined the organization
- In April 2015, Nancie was named an International Sterling Society Award winner by Coldwell Banker Danforth. This distinction is awarded to the top brokers among an international field
